More green web casting

Last week, I virtually attended a webinar of green communications case studies. I posted a recap here. If you weren't able to attend, an archive is available and I highly recommend it.

Now, PRWeek and CRT/tanaka are offering a similar event early next month, although as you might expect from the publication's name, it's more focused on public relations. Titled "Greening Your Pitch" it features speakers from the Wall Street Journal, National Geographic and Green Wombat blogger Todd Woody. The discussion will be moderated by PRWeek's Keith O'Brien, on whose blog I heard about the event.

According to the event description, the webcast will look into how coverage from traditional journalists and Web 2.0 advocates is helping to create a growing eco-consciousness. It will also cover how consumer information needs are changing, and the hottest stories in green today.

Keith has posted some interesting early opinions from the panelists.
